David is an assistant coach at Immaculate Heart High School. His students have reached the elimination rounds of several major national-circuit tournaments, and he also coached a sophomore to the TOC. David debated for four years at John Marshall High School, qualifying to the TOC as a junior and senior, earning 8 TOC bids and participating in several round robins. David studies Philosophy at UC Santa Barbara.
